(1) Audit of the 2023 financial statements of V V Food & Beverage Co.,Ltd., including: balance sheet as at December 31, 2023; Consolidated balance sheet as of December 31, 2023; 2023 profit statement; Consolidated income statement for the year 2023; 2023 cash flow statement; Consolidated cash flow statement for year 2023; Statement of changes in owners' equity (or shareholders' equity) for the year 2023; Annual consolidated Statement of changes in owners' equity (or shareholders' equity) for 2023; Notes to the 2023 financial statements; Notes to the 2023 consolidated financial statements (hereinafter referred to as the financial statements); Others;

2. the applicant's qualification requirements:

4. Have "CPA Firm Practicing Certificate", listed in the recent two issues of "CPA Firm Comprehensive Evaluation 100 Ranking Information" table published by the China Notes Association, must be the applicant of the head office;

5. Experience in auditing the annual financial reports of large and medium-sized listed enterprises in the past three years;

6. Comply with the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Finance and Accounting (2023) No. 4);

7. Within three years before participating in this procurement activity, there is no major illegal record in business activities;

8. Not included in the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) the list of persons subject to enforcement for dishonesty and the list of parties to major tax violations;

9. Joint venture applicants are not accepted.

3. Number of copies of prequalification application documents:
